When the Company acquires personal information directly in writing or by other means from customers, business partners, or employees, we clearly state the purpose of use. In other cases, we will notify or publicly disclose the purpose of use. Except with prior consent or as permitted by law, the Company will not use personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the stated purpose.
3. Management of Personal Information
The Company implements necessary measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and manages it appropriately. We provide proper supervision to employees handling personal information and, when outsourcing its handling, ensure that contractors are appropriately supervised to maintain proper management.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent (including outsourcing within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use), except as permitted by law.
5. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use
If a customer, business partner, or employee requests notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of their personal information, the Company will respond in accordance with applicable laws after verifying the requester’s identity.
6. Provision of Specific Personal Information
The Company will not provide specific personal information of business partners or employees to third parties except as permitted by law.
7. Security Control Measures
The Company implements necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal and specific personal information. We also provide necessary and appropriate supervision to employees and contractors (including subcontractors) handling such information. In addition, the Company has established separate Rules on the Security Management of Personal and Specific Personal Information.
8. Internal System Development
The Company appoints a responsible person for the handling of personal and specific personal information of customers, business partners, and employees, and strives to continuously improve and maintain a robust security management system.
